Our Mission
Team Beauty Fitness is a women's transformation facility based in Mission, Texas, serving the greater Rio Grande Valley area including McAllen and Edinburg. We specialize in fat loss, strength training, and total lifestyle change for busy women ages 30-55.
We understand that as moms and professionals, finding time for yourself can be difficult. That's why we provide a complete system that includes structured workouts, accountability coaching, nutrition guidance, and supplementation strategies designed to deliver real, measurable results.
Our signature 6-Week Transformation Challenge is built for women who are ready to stop starting over and finally commit to a proven system. With limited spots available, each client receives personalized attention, weekly progress tracking, and a powerful community environment.

Founder & Visionary
Gery is an entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. As the founder of Team Beauty Fitness, she has built a results-driven system focused on helping women transform physically and mentally through structure, consistency, and proven strategies.
She is a Senior Executive President's Team (30K) member with Herbalife and has helped impact and develop multiple successful fitness communities. Her passion is empowering women to realize their full potential and take control of their health.

Jessica Gutierrez is a wellness and nutrition coach, women’s empowerment leader, and co-founder of TeamBeauty — a thriving community built on Fitness, Nutrition, and Empowerment for women who are ready to change their lives.
Before building one of the most recognized wellness teams in the industry, Jessica was a business owner running an adult daycare, when a lifelong love for fitness opened a door she never expected. Through that passion, she discovered the power of nutrition, fell in love with the process, and made a decision that would change everything.
What started as a personal transformation became a revolution. In just 3 years, Jessica reached the top 1% of her field and helped thousands of women transform their bodies and their confidence. Today, alongside the TeamBeauty coaches, she leads women locally and online through the signature 6-Week Transformation Challenge because every woman deserves a community that shows up for her.
